Q1: Does it cost anything to have you represent me with a builder?
A: No. In all cases, the builder compensates me — never you.
This gives you a professional in your corner at no additional cost.
Q2: Will using an agent take away any builder incentives or promotions?
A: Not at all. Builders expect buyers to have representation.
You keep every incentive you’re offered — and you gain someone protecting your interests.
Q3: Why do I need an agent if the builder has a sales rep on-site?
A: The sales rep works for the builder.
I work for you.
I’m here to protect your timeline, your money, your upgrades, and your long-term value.
Q4: Can you really catch issues during construction?
A: Yes — because I’m on-site every week.
I monitor framing, electrical, plumbing, insulation, and finish work.
I also handle communication with the builder when something doesn’t look right.
Q5: Do I need to live locally to build a home in St. George?
A: No. In fact, many of my clients live out of town.
I provide weekly photos, videos, updates, and progress reports so you always know what’s happening.
Q6: Is there any obligation if I schedule a call?
A: No Obligation at all!
The call simply helps you understand your options.
If working together is a fit, great. If not, no pressure and no sales pitch.
Q7: Can you help us with other real estate needs besides new construction?
A: Absolutely.
While new construction is my specialty, I can help with any real estate need nationwide, including:
Listing & selling your current home
Buying an existing or investment property
Commercial or land transactions
Relocation assistance
Connecting you with trusted agents anywhere in the country
Whatever your real estate goals, I’ll make sure you’re taken care of.
